Every day, businesses carry out the checks that keep operations running and people safe, from hygiene logs and safety inspections to traceability and temperature records. But behind the paperwork, what’s really happening?
We’re running a short survey to understand how compliance checks are managed across industries, and how people feel about the systems, processes and pressures behind them.
What this research will explore:
- How checks are completed and stored across different industries
- What happens when records go missing, or data isn’t where it should be
- How much time is spent preparing for audits and inspections
- Whether digital tools are helping — or making things harder
- What professionals would fix, if they could change one thing about record-keeping
Why now?
We hear a lot about best practice but not enough about the day-to-day reality. This research will give us a clearer picture of how people actually manage compliance, and where the biggest challenges are, whether you’re working in-house or across multiple clients.
