This page describes how you can connect your organisation’s Copilot chat to ChecQR, so that your team can control the ChecQR dashboard from copilot Chat.
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- Microsoft 365 with Copilot licences
- Teams Administrator or Global Administrator access
- Users must have existing ChecQR accounts
Step 1 — Upload the app
- Fetch the the teams app zip file file from here
- Go to the Teams Admin Center at admin.teams.microsoft.com
- Navigate to Teams apps, then Manage apps
- Click Actions in the top right and select the upload option
- Choose the checqr_copilot_teams_app.zip file
- The app will appear in your catalogue as ChecQR Checklist Assistant
Step 2 — Make the app available
- In Manage apps, search for ChecQR and click into it
- Ensure the app status is set to Allowed
That is all the admin configuration required.
Step 3 — Users install the app
Each user installs the app themselves:
- Open Microsoft Teams and go to Apps
- Search for ChecQR
- Click Add to install it
Once installed, the ChecQR agent will appear in Microsoft 365 Copilot. Users can access it by clicking Agents in the Copilot sidebar, or by typing @ChecQR in the chat.
On first use, users will be prompted to sign in with their ChecQR account credentials.
