Faster AI, Wider Access, Smoother Compliance

Compliance doesn’t stand still, and neither do we.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve rolled out two important updates to ChecQR. Both are designed to make day-to-day checks quicker, clearer and easier to manage across teams, sites and regions.

And importantly, they’re part of an ongoing focus: continuously improving the platform so it works better for the people using it every day.

ChecQR is now available in Spanish and Arabic

ChecQR can now be used in Spanish and Arabic across both mobile checking and the admin dashboard.

For teams working across different regions, sites, or languages, this means checks can be completed in the language people actually use day to day, whether they’re on the floor, on-site, or reviewing data centrally.

By default, ChecQR will match the language of your device. So if your phone is set to Spanish, ChecQR will automatically appear in Spanish. The same applies for Arabic, with the option to switch languages at any time.

For Arabic users, the platform also adapts the layout to reflect how the language is read. Menus and navigation shift position, creating a right-to-left experience that feels natural and easy to follow.

What this means in practice:

  • Clearer understanding of checks at every level of the business
  • Fewer errors caused by misinterpretation or translation gaps
  • Stronger consistency across multi-site or international operations
  • Faster onboarding for new team members

Whether you’re managing operations, supporting clients, or rolling out processes across multiple locations, this removes one of the common friction points that can slow things down.

Because when checks are understood properly, they’re far more likely to be completed properly. And when they’re recorded clearly, they’re far easier to stand behind when it matters most.

Faster, smarter AI for photo checks

You may have noticed something else recently.

Things feel… quicker.

That’s because we’ve upgraded the AI model behind ChecQR’s photo checks.

Results can now be reached in around half the time of the previous model, with improved accuracy.

For teams using photo evidence, whether that’s temperature gauges, equipment checks, labels or safety conditions, this makes a real difference.

What this means for your team:

  • Faster confirmation that checks meet expected standards
  • Less waiting around on-site
  • More reliable validation of what’s actually been captured
  • Reduced need to recheck or second-guess results

In environments where time matters (which is most of them), speed isn’t just a nice-to-have. It keeps operations moving and reduces friction in the moment.

And accuracy matters just as much.

Because compliance isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s about being able to trust what’s been recorded. As our research shows, uncertainty around records is one of the biggest sources of audit stress and inefficiency .

Better AI means stronger proof. And stronger proof means more confidence, across teams, managers and auditors alike. And this is just the start. As the model continues to improve, it will only get quicker from here.

Built to keep getting better

These updates aren’t one-offs.

ChecQR is continuously evolving, refining features, improving performance and responding to how teams actually work in real environments.

That means:

  • Reducing friction in day-to-day checks
  • Improving speed and usability where it matters most
  • Making records clearer, more consistent and easier to rely on

It’s a steady, ongoing process. Small improvements that add up to a smoother, more reliable experience for the people who rely on ChecQR every day.

What this adds up to

These updates are part of a bigger picture.

Making compliance easier to complete.
Easier to understand.
And easier to prove.

Whether it’s enabling teams to work in their own language, or speeding up the way checks are validated, the goal is the same:

Clearer records. Less friction. More confidence in what’s been done.

Because when compliance is clear, everything else runs smoother and it will only get quicker in the future.
